Affiliate Meeting Space
Any activity, event, or meeting held during the Technology and Heart Failure Therapeutics® 2027 (THT®) conference that is directed toward—or includes—THT® participants is considered an affiliated activity. All affiliated activities must receive prior approval from the Cardiovascular Research Foundation® (CRF®), the official sponsor of THT®, and are subject to an application fee.
Please note: Hotels and nearby venues will require proof of CRF® approval before confirming or assigning meeting space.

Affiliate Meeting Application Fees
Qualifying startups are eligible for a discounted application fee to host an affiliate meeting during THT® 2027:
- Small Meeting (fewer than 15 attendees): $875 (credit price*)
- Large Meeting (15 attendees or more): $1,125 (credit price*)
*those who pay via cash, check, ACH or wire transfer will receive a 2.9% discount off the credit price.
