These one-hour programs are held in conjunction with the THT^® 2027 conference and are solely planned by the sponsoring company. These programs are not part of the scientific program, but they are designed to fulfill the same standards of evidence, scientific rigor, and fair balance criteria as the scientific program. Academic Satellite Programs may be accredited for Continuing Medical Education (CME) or content may be industry driven, although it must be educational in nature.

Program and Logistical Management

The application fees for Academic Satellites Programs at THT^® 2027 include the following:

• Meeting space and room setup (which cannot be altered)
• Audiovisual equipment & labor
• Two (2) session scanners - supporter is responsible for managing registration onsite
• Two (2) Industry Professional Full Access badges
• Promotion/Marketing
  • One-time use of the THT^® 2027 preregistration mailing list, provided electronically 30 days pre-conference
  • Review of the THT^® 2027 final registration mailing list, provided electronically 30 days post-conference, for informational purposes only
  • Session listing on the THT^® website and CRF Events App
  • Eblast promotion from CRF
• Any further marketing efforts, food and beverage, audiovisual labor, as well as any faculty expenditures, such as honoraria, hotel, and/or travel, are the responsibility of the sponsoring company. All faculty are required to participate in person as virtual participation is not permitted.
